Open Web AppHow to Install doaqq on Your Device
- Download the app: Visit the doaqq website from your mobile browser and select Android APK, iOS home-screen link, or use the web app directly.
- Allow unknown sources (Android only): Go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and toggle on. This permission allows your device to install apps outside the Google Play Store.
- Create or log in to your account: Enter your username and password on the doaqq login screen, or register a new account with email, password, mobile number, and KYC verification documents.
- Start accessing tables and markets: Once verified, you can navigate to live-dealer Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, the sportsbook (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Premier League, MotoGP), slots (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), and esports (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile).
Native App vs. Browser Access
Our doaqq native app (Android) offers offline-friendly caching: table schedules, recent transactions, and game menus load faster on repeat visits because the app stores this data locally. Push notifications alert you when new tournaments start, when sportsbook odds shift significantly, or when a live-dealer table becomes available after reaching a table limit. The app also manages your two-factor authentication tokens securely in the device's encrypted storage, reducing the need to re-enter codes on every login.
Browser access (iOS or Android) provides the same security and feature set, but without offline caching or native notifications. You benefit from automatic updates — the browser version updates whenever we deploy changes to our servers — without waiting for app-store review cycles. Both paths encrypt your session, verify your identity through KYC checks, and process withdrawals through the same review queue. Choose the native app if you want faster repeated access and notifications; choose the browser if you prefer no installation and automatic updates.
Device Requirements and Compatibility
We support Android 7.0 (released 2016) and above for the native APK. iOS users must run iOS 12 or later (2018+). Older devices cannot run our app, but they can still access doaqq through a mobile browser. Minimum screen size is 4 inches for readable text; we recommend at least 5 inches for comfortable table interaction. The app requires about 50–80 MB of storage space after initial installation and caching.
Common Installation and Setup Issues
If your Android device refuses to install the APK after toggling "Unknown Sources," try clearing your browser cache and re-downloading the file. Some devices block APK installation from certain browsers; switching to Chrome or Firefox may resolve this. Certificate-trust warnings are normal on first installation — the doaqq APK is signed with our private certificate, not a certificate authority, because we distribute outside the Google Play Store. If your device warns about the certificate, this is expected behaviour and does not indicate a security breach. Your data remains encrypted regardless of the certificate origin. For iOS users adding doaqq to the home screen, ensure you use Safari and select "Add to Home Screen" from the share menu, not bookmark. Chrome and Firefox do not support web-app installation on iOS in the same way.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security
The doaqq app requests permissions to access your device's camera (for account photo verification during KYC), microphone (for optional live-chat support calls), and location (for jurisdiction verification — we confirm you are in a supported region). You can grant or deny each permission independently; the app will operate with limited features if you refuse, but will not crash. We do not access your contacts, calendar, files, or other personal data. Your account password is never stored on your device; we use session tokens that expire after subject to verification of inactivity for security. Two-factor authentication codes are verified server-side, not stored locally. Payment information entered via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet is processed by those payment partners directly; doaqq never receives your full card or bank-account numbers. Bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) route through secure banking APIs that we do not log in full detail. All app-to-server communication uses TLS 1.2 encryption; any attempt to intercept traffic will fail at the cryptographic level.
